Review: Using wheat grown on their family farm that dates back to the late 1800’s along the Deschutes River in Oregon, the whiskey is distilled in Portland, OR before being barreled in #4 char new American Oak barrels for at least 3.5 years before bottling at 90 proof. The whiskey is unique with strong wheat notes that are soft but distinctive. Fresh cut fruit on the nose leads to pastry notes on the tongue. A delicious farm to glass offering that is unique amongst shelves full of bourbon and single malts.

My Rating: Sip it. Wonderful and unique.

May the miles you hike be filled with wonder and the glasses you raise be filled with whiskey.

Cheers!
