Calumet Farms 15 year old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a moderately aged bourbon with a fairly high price tag. The nose is deep and a bit sweeter than the taste. Admittedly, I tend to prefer sweeter bourbons not typically over 10-12 years old. That being said, the Calumet 15 is an approachable pour that borders on leather and earth while still being a little fruity and sweet. If you are looking to wander into the world of higher aged bourbons, this may be the perfect gateway for you. Cheers!

My Rating: Sip it if you like a little more oak and earth in your bourbon.
