Taste: Fantastic (but not too spicy) kimchi flavors with rich umami vibes

Texture: Rice rehydrated nicely and the veggies offer a great slightly crunchy texture.

Overall Score: Buy it. One of my favorite vegan meals.

Notes: Although I am not a vegan, I do really enjoy the lunch and dinner offerings from Fernweh Food co. Their ability to pack rich umami flavors into their meals is second to none. I apricate a plant based meal that does not try to replicate any type of meat and does not make me wishing there was some type of meat in the meal.
