Review: Standard Pendleton Canadian Whisky is the whiskey that got me into whiskies. So, obviously I was excited when they released an American Brandy finished offering with just a little higher proof. Pendleton is already a sweet and approachable whiskey and the Midnight offers a bit more fruit and sweetness although the added proof does lead to a little ethanol on the nose and taste. That being said it will always have a home in my bar.
