Review:

My favorite cask strength offering from the Jefferson’s Ocean lineup. This is a blend of straight whiskies that are aged at least 2 years before being put onto a ship that travels around the world crossing the equator multiple times and stopping and numerous ports. The times spent on ship in my opinion does not add any “sea” characteristics but I do feel like I often get more toasted notes which may be due to the vast sways in temperature when on the boat. Add the constant motion and in my opinion, you have a whiskey unlike any other. Cheers!

My Rating: Sip it. A great pour that packs wonderful flavor.
