Bridal Veil Falls

Guide: https://www.oregonhikers.org/field_guide/Bridal_Veil_Falls_Hike

Review: Bridal Veil Falls is a wonderful short hike that can occasionally have a crowded parking lot but typically less foot traffic than the near by hikes like Multnomah Falls and Angel’s Rest. The hike starts near the restrooms to the east of the parking lot and head down toward Bridal Veil Creek. There are a few benches along the way down to the bridge where you will cross and then climb the steep earthen steps up to the viewing platform looking at beautiful Bridal Veil Falls. Expect to get wet as the falls offers up plenty of mist and the weather is often cool and rainy. Because of that it is typically an accessible hike year round.

Rating: Come Back. It’s short and sweet!

Rating Guide:

-Gram it: Check out the pictures on Instagram because this one is not worth seeing in person.

-Hike it: It’s short and sweet. Might as well knock it out in a day.

-Bag it: Pack a bag and spend the night.

-Bring a friend: Easy enough to bring a friend. Maybe this is where you can introduce someone to backpacking.

-Come Back: I will keep doing this trip it is so good!
