After purchasing a torso length Therm-A-Rest NeoAir X-Lite and hating just how small it was I decided I needed a larger pad to use in the colder season and for snow. I decided the X-Therm had the best warmth-to-weight ratio and because I toss and turn at night, I ordered the widest option available at the time which was the 25” wide and 77” long version. The pad is light enough to use any time of year and warm enough to handle sub-freezing temps. I do wish it was a little bit thicker as I am a side sleeper but it is still a very comfortable pad. If you want one pad that could potentially be used all year long while still being lightweight this may very well be the pad for you.
My Rating: Buy it! Great bang for the buck and weight warmth.
