Taste: Fantastic mushroom flavor pairs nicely with the creamy sauce.

Texture: Everything rehydrated nicely and the noodles are a nice shape and size as to not turn mushy.

Notes: Peak refuels are frequently in my bag just for their quick rehydration times and minimal amounts of water needed to rehydrate them compared to other major brands. This Beef Stroganoff packs in enough flavor to go head to head with some of my favorite meals out there. With the addition of a little Hot Suace Powder from Fernweh Food Co. and you have a fantastic way to fill up while on trail. The nutrients are fantastic and it packs a lot of calories without being a gut bomb. I typically do not get the “need a nap” feeling after eating Peak Refuel. That, along with the quick rehydrate time and these make for a wonderful lunch break option. Cheers!
