Notes: As a coconut and second breakfast fan I knew I had to snag a handful of these Black Espresso Packaroons from Heather’s Choice when I came across them on the Garage Grown Gear website. These Coconut Macaroon style cookies are a lightweight snack (with a little caffeine in the Black Espresso version) to give you that little bit of pick-me-up or hold-you-over option when spending a day on trail. I have taken these on multiple overnights and always look forward to that first morning break on trail to pull a Packaroon from my pocket and enjoy it along with a breathtaking view.
