Review:

A good friend of mine picked up this bottle of Woodinville Straight Bourbon for me as it was from my home state of Washington. Within days I had picked up every offering I could get my hands on. Woodinville sources their grains from a family farm in Eastern Washington and distills and barrels it in Woodinville Washington which is near Seattle. They then truck the filled barrels back to Eastern Washington where they age it in the more extreme temps. The classic bourbon notes are highlighted by stone fruit and oak. The flavor seems more dense then the 90 proof would have you expect and it pairs wonderfully in a cocktail.

Stock it! This is a bargain at $40 for a farm to glass offering with this age statement and flavor profile.
