I drink a lot of rum and the majority of rum I drink is Plantation 5 year after being turned onto it by a coworker. It is sweet and approachable and has a nice wood presence for a budget friendly price. It mixes well with Coca-Cola or Root Beer and makes for a delicious cocktail. If you want one “do it all” bottle of rum in your collection, this may be the one. Cheers!
