Notes: This meal had potential and I was excited to have a potential replacement for the no longer in business Kimchi Freid Rice from Fernweh Food Co. However, despite following the written instructions the meal was quite soupy and the plentiful chunks of beef were still quite crunchy. Add in the very very salty flavor and you have a meal I will not be picking up again. Cheers!
