Notes: As a New Mexican Green Chile seems to be in my blood. Because of this I jumped at the chance to pick up this Mac and Cheese from Farm to Summit when I saw them at PCT Days in 2023. The meal does take a substantial amount of water to rehydrate but some is poured off before adding the cheese mix to ensure you are not left with mac and cheese soup. The green chile flavors stands out without being overbearing or too spicy. A nice kick and a decent amount of calories could make this the top dog in the spicy mac category. Cheers!
